We are excited to announce the launch of our Eat a Rainbow back to school collection selling at 30 Whole Foods Market locations in NYC and beyond! The collection was inspired by 7 year old Jimmy T’s idea that healthy and delicious salads should be bright and colorful.

Jimmy said it best when he said, “Rainbows make people happy. Eating salads that are bright and colorful make us healthy. Eat a Rainbow Everyday!” This collection supports the work of Whole Kids Foundation’s Let’s Move Salad Bars to Schools grant program as they help place more salad bars in schools nationwide. For more about Joya Logue, the creative artist that helped bring Jimmy’s idea to fruition, stay tuned. We can’t wait to share Joya’s story and tell you more about the inspiration behind Jimmy’s “Eat a Rainbow” concept!
